House, now shop. C16 with early C19 front. Timber-framed and stuccoed
to front, with parapet hiding roof. 3 storeys; regular 2 window front,
glazing bar sashes, those on second floor shallower than those below.
Jetty over ground floor now supported on four cast-iron columns. Late
C19 double shopfront with central half-glazed doors. Interior: only
partially inspected. Heavy scantling timber-frame with post and joist
ceiling. Dragon-beam visible. Timber-framed wing to rear with
exposed faming and plaster infill. Tile-hung under half-hipped gable.
Iregular fenestration and lean-to against ground floor.
