House, formerly rectory. 1816 by William Chadwell Mylne, altered C20. Stucco
over stone, slate mansard roof, rendered internal stacks. Double-depth plan. 2
storeys and attic; 3-window range. Semi-circular porch to right with curved
4-panel double-leaf doors and moulded cornice. Semi-circular 2-window bay window
to left with 12-pane sash windows and moulded cornice. 12-pane sashes to first
floor and roof dormer. Left side elevation to garden has similar windows and
2-storey, 2-window bay window with cornice band. Attached stone-coped wall to
right of front elevation of coursed squared ironstone approximately 2.5 metres
high encloses stable yard. Double-leaf timber gates to yard and 2-storey
attached stable block of coursed squared ironstone with hipped slate roof to far
right; stable doors and sash windows with flat-arched heads.
