House. Early-mid C19 with later alterations. Brown brick in Flemish bond, Welsh
slate roof. 3 storeys, 2 bays. Ashlar plinth and ground floor sill band. In
centre of ground floor, canted bay window with angle pilasters, C20 casement glazing
and flat lead roof; to right, 6-panel door below fanlight with decorative glazing
frame, in doorcase with three-quarters Doric columns, frieze, cornice and blocking
course above. First floor: in first bay, canted oriel window with 4-pane sash
and modillion cornice; in second bay, 16-pane sash window with flush exposed sash
box, projecting ashlar sill and flat arch. Second floor: square window openings
with projecting ashlar sills, flat arches and C20 casement glazing. Moulded
gutter. Ashlar coping. Corniced stack to left end.
