The C18 stables and coachhouses contemporary with the house lie further
to the East. They form a complete courtyard, the East and West sides
being symmetrical. They are of cobbles with red brick dressings and
slate roofs. The main blocks (the East and West sides) have 2 storeys
consisting of the stables with rooms over. They have brick porches in the
centre with pediments over the round-headed arches beneath. The North and
South sides are of 1 storey only and comprise the coachhouses. The
South side has a parapet to the roof in the centre. The North side, which
is detached, was probably added slightly later.
