Farmhouse. C17 in origin largely rebuilt early to mid-C18. Red brick
with some earlier timber framing; plain tile roof with coped verges on
shaped kneelers; brick integral end stacks. C18 main range to south-
west aligned north-west/south-east, forming an L-shape plan with C17
rear wing to north-east aligned north-east/south-west, C19 rear wing
parallel with C17 wing. 2 storeys and gable-lit attic, with stepped
eaves band; 4 windows, C20 casements in C18 window openings with,
flat gauged brick arches, raised keystones and aprons; panelled door
to right of centre with wooden pilastered doorcase and entablature.
North-west (left) gable has ground-floor late C19 bay window with
hipped roof, first-floor band and blocked attic light. North-east
gable of C17 wing has exposed timber framing of parallel diagonal
struts and V-struts above the collar. Interior: Noted as having
panelled shutters to ground floor windows.
