House. Dated 1824 with mid C19 wing. Red brick, graduated stone slate and
Welsh slate roofs. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Right-hand cross wing is mid C19,
breaks forward and is gabled. To bay 2 a 6-panel door, and overlight with
radial glazing bars, in stone surround with plain consoles and pediment. It
is flanked by inserted small round-arched windows. All other windows are
sashes with glazing bars and stone sills, below flat brick arches.
Dentilled eaves. Shaped kneeler, stone coping and end stack to left. 2
ridge stacks. To rear is a round-arched stair window and kitchen wing. Mid
C19 wing has Welsh slate roof, other roofs with graduated stone slates.
Interior: kitchen has original architraved fire surround with frieze and
dentilled cornice.
