Formerly Briar Hill Farmhouse. Early C19. Squared rubble, hipped Welsh slated
roof with wide eaves. 2 storeys, 3 sash windows with glazing bars in reveals
under flat arches. Cental 6 flush panel door and oblong fanlight with glazing
bars in surround of fluted Doric pilasters under entablatures and cornice hood.
Side elevations each have ground floor canted bay window. 2 window back wing.
