2 houses, forming part of row, now one dwelling. Late C18. Squared coursed
limestone with thatch roof. Originally each one-unit plan. 2 storeys. 4-window
range of C20 casements in original openings, under wood lintels. C20 door to
right of centre also under wood lintel, now raised. Brick stacks at ridge and
end. C20 extension at right angles to rear. Interior not inspected. Forms part
of row with Nos.45 and 46 (q.v.). Included for group value.
