GV II

House. Mid C18. Squared coursed lias with pantile roof. Originally 2-unit plan.
2 storeys. 2-window range of C20 casements with leaded lights. Brick stacks at
ends. Entrance in single-storey C20 extension to left. Rear has C19 casements
under wood lintels and central entrance. Interior has chamfered ceiling beams,
remains of an open fireplace with a bressumer and a dog-leg staircase. Said to
have formed part of the adjacent workhouse at Nos.3 and 5 Sunnyside (q.v.).
