Circa 1840. Three storey. Pair of 2 bays each, with single bay recessed wings
left and right incorporating main entrance door within treillage tent porch.
Yellow stock brick with slate hipped roof. Barred sash windows with flat gauged
arches and pelmets to No 21. Undivided sashes to No 19. Good ironwork to first
floor balconies.
