Cottage, forming an extension to No 38. Probably late C18. Pale red-brown brick.
Swept pantile roof with flat dormer with 16-pane sash. Shares large chimney with
No 38. Two storeys, one bay. Six-panel door to right in architrave under stucco
lintel. 16-pane sashes (replacements) in flush wood architraves under stucco
lintels. 1st floor stepped 4-course band. Stepped and dentilled eaves. To
forecourt simple iron railings with matching gate surmounting brick wall with stone
coping.
