Early-mid C18. Roughcast with proud stone quoins and moulded eaves cornice. Renewed
pantiled roof with stone copings and kneelers, end chimneys, that at right a large
stack. Two and a half storeys, four windows, possibly originally a double house of
local plan type.
On second floor low sash windows with glazing bars. On first floor left a later C19
canted bay, on right original sashes but with bars missing. Ground floor left square
projecting shop front, central door and later C19 canted bay at right.
