Cottage and shop, formerly cottage. Dated 1703, altered C20. Red brick with
rubble stone plinth and Welsh slate roof with brick truncated central ridge
stack. 2½ storeys of 2 2-light casements. On ground floor a C20 double shop
front and central door. On left end a blocked door with 3-light over and
2-light in attic . Attic 2-light on right end. To rear 1 storey extension
with Swithland slate roof. On the front between windows a stone tablet inscribed
'D.C. 1703'.
