Outbuilding. Mid to late C18. Coursed rubblestones of pantile roof.
Palladian style. Square in plan, front and rear halves separated by spine
wall. 2 storeys, 1 bay. Gabled front: central recessed arched panel with
doorway under deep lintel with lunette opening above. Stone band with
ashlar coped pediment. Interior: stone steps lead to upper floor and a
large stone vat with drainage hole in its base. In floor of rear half is a
circular hole, probably a well. Possibly a grape press.
