Building of early C18 appearance probably concealing a much earlier timber
framed house. 2 spans, the front of 2 storeys, 1 and 3 very wide bays. Purplish-red
brick in Flemish bond. Gable ended tiled roof with rebuilt stacks. C19 1-bar
casements of 2, 3 and 4 lights under cambered relieving arches. 6-panel door,
top glazed, in moulded wood architrave. Late C19 gabled porch. Rear span
has banded tile hung first floor with pronounced bellcast; red brick below
and some traces of timber framing. C19 cambered or 4-centred relieving arches
over doors and windows.
Flanchford Farmhouse, Threshing Barn and Granary form a group.
