House now divided into 2. Dated 1741 with later alterations and additions.
Red brick; plain tile roof; brick integral end stacks. L-shaped plan,
main house aligned east-west facing north, rear wing aligned north-south
facing west with extension wing (Cuttlestone Mews) to the south on the
same alignment. North front: 2 storeys and gable-lit attic; 3
windows, mid-C19 sashes with horns in C18 openings with segmental heads
and raised keys, that to the ground floor right is blocked, central 6-
panelled door with rectangular overlight and moulded doorcase partly
masking original segmental head with datestone above. West front: In
3 parts: gable end of main house to left, recessed C18 rear wing to centre,
early C19 extension wing (Cuttlestone Mews ) to right. Main house: 2
storeys and attic; one bay, c19 sash windows with segmental heads and
raised keys, the first-floor window is blocked. C18 wing: 2 storeys,
one bay, glazed door and casement to ground floor, glazing bar sash to
first floor with segmental head and raised-key. C19 wing: Red brick;
slate roof; brick ridge stack and integral end stack. 2 storeys; 3
windows, casements with segmental heads to right, glazing bar sashes to
ground floor left and to centre, C19 sash to first floor left, ground-
floor windows to left and centre are tripartite and have pronounced segmental
heads, small casement to left of centre; 6-panelled door to right of
centre.
