House, now 2 dwellings. Early C18. Red brick and Welsh slate roof with brick
end stacks. Brick coped shouldered gables with kneelers. Rendered plinth,
brick band and moulded brick eaves. 2 1/2 storeys of 9 6/6 sash windows.
Cambered lintels with keystones. Central wooden doorcase with flat bracketted
canopy. 6-panelled door and overlight (No.53). Sashed canted bay to right
of door in space of 2 original windows. On right end a wooden doorcase with
flat bracketted canopy. 6-panelled door with overlight (No.51). A 2-light
casement over and in attic. Gable end slightly extended to right. 1 storey
extension to rear.
