House. c1800. Brick; hipped slate roof with brick stacks.
Georgian style. 3 storeys. Top modillioned brick cornice.
Central entrance has rubbed brick flat arch, overlight to
6-fielded-panel door. Windows to left have sills, and rubbed
brick flat arches over 16-pane sashes to ground and 1st
floors, 8-pane sash to 2nd floor; wall to right of entrance
has no windows. Right return to Beacon Street has ground floor
12-pane sash, 1st floor 9-pane sash and 2nd floor 8-pane sash.
Rear lateral stack and end stack to gabled left return.
