Town house with shop. Early/mid C19. Render replacing stucco
on studwork; asbestos slate roof with projecting front eaves;
rendered stack on right. Double-depth plan, with 2 rooms to
front. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Mid C19 four-pane hornless
sashes within moulded wooden architraves to 1st floor. Ground
floor has mid C19 twenty-four-pane double shop front with
incised pilasters, central pair of 3-panel doors with
overlight; 6-panel house doorway on the left and full-width
fascia with moulded cornice. INTERIOR not inspected. One of a
good C19 row.
