Town house, later pair of small town houses. Early C18.
Granite rubble with original scratch-moulded wooden lintels,
cob rear wing; steep dry slate roof with bracketed eaves;
single-depth front range plus slightly later deep rear wing. 2
storeys; 6-window range. C20 sixteen-pane 2-light casements to
1st-floor over C20 sixteen-pane horned sashes; central pair of
pilastered doorways with architrave and consoles; old planked
door on left; C20 door on right. INTERIOR not inspected.
