Small house in row. Early C19 front, possibly on earlier
fabric. Modified Flemish bond brickwork, tiled mansard roof,
brick stack.
2 storeys and attic, 1-windowed. Raking dormer with 2-light
C20 steel casement, above 16-pane sashes with face boxes, to
flat cambered voussoirs. 4-panel-fielded door to concrete
step, segmental head, right. Left gable, visible above
adjacent property, has some light timber-framing, with large
square brick stack. INTERIOR not inspected. Straight joints to
brickwork each side.
