Shop and offices. c1800. Brick, the facade painted, with
ashlar dressings; hipped tile roof. L-plan. Georgian style. 3
storeys; 2-window range. Platt band over 1st floor and top
cornice. Early C20 shop front has fielded-panelled pilaster
strips and bracketed cornice, elliptical arch with fretted
head on Composite colonnettes with recessed entrance behind.
Upper windows have rubbed brick flat arches, those to 1st
floor with 12-pane sashes, those to 2nd floor with 6-pane
sashes over sills. Return has several blocked entrances and
windows, some C20 casements; later gabled wing to rear with
end stack; entrance to No.16A: Three Spires House.
