Includes: No.84 Ashley Hill Cottage COBOURG ROAD Montpelier.
House. Early-mid C19. Brick with limestone dressing, roof not
visible. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Late
Georgian style. Central keyed semicircular-arched doorway with
a plain fan, ashlar lintels and 8/8-pane sashes, the central
windows blocked, and a late C19 canted ground-floor bay;
2-storey right-hand block has a pantile mansard roof and
rubbed brick lintel over a 6/6-pane sash window. INTERIOR not
inspected.
