Wrongly mapped as Clint Cottage. House. Dated 1760. For Simeon Moorhouse.
Coursed squared gritstone, graduated stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays,
one room deep with rear outshut. Quoins. Central half-glazed 4-panel door;
lintel inscribed 'Simeon Moorehouse 1760', jambs with tie-stones. Flanking
and first-floor windows: 2 lights with central mullions removed and paired
4-pane sashes, stone surrounds. First floor, centre: narrow round-headed
window. Shaped kneelers, gable-coping, corniced stacks centre and end
right. Flanking single-storey additions not of special interest. Burnt
