Houses. Early C19.
Stucco; Welsh slate roof; 6 brick ridge stacks.
3 storeys and cellars; 12-window range: paired 2-light
casements with glazing bars, to 1st and 2nd floors, with
engraved storeybands; engraved stucco cornice and parapet,
with 2 raised sections over advanced bays. Entrances to right:
moulded 3-panel doors and ornamental overlights in splayed
engraved reveals, and moulded architraves; 6/6 sashes to left;
rusticated stucco.
INTERIOR: No.2: staircase with stick balusters, swan neck rail
and turned newel. Attic: C19 plank door. 2nd floor: 4-panel
door; 2 wall cupboards with 2 panel doors; two 2-panel doors.
1st floor: two 4-panel doors with architraves; cornice; mid
C19 hob-grate; window architraves. Ground floor: cornice;
panelled riser to window; 2 wall cupboards; architrave to rear
window. Cellar: oak steps; 4-panel door; brick-lined; washing
copper.
No.6: staircase as for No.2; cast-iron floorlight. 2nd floor:
C19 fireplace and wall cupboard to front; 2 and 4-panel doors.
1st floor: C19 fireplace with relief decoration; 4-panel
doors; wall cupboard. Ground floor: 4-panel doors.
No.10: staircase as for No.2. 1st floor: ceiling cornice; door
architraves.
No.12: staircase as for No.2 to 2nd floor. Attic: vaulted
ceiling. 2nd floor: early C19 fireplace. 1st floor: C20 grate
in C19 surround; C19 fireplace. Ground floor: wall cupboards;
4- and 6-panel doors. Cellar: partly stone-lined.
