Bank, now part offices. c1870, inscribed "Launceston Bank". Polychrome faced rubble with freestone dressings; steep slate roof with three coped gables to front. Large overall irregular U-shaped plan. High Victorian style. Two storeys plus attics; five-bay range. Mullioned windows with original horned sashes to attics and first floor; fixed lights to ground floor. Left-hand bay has two-light above three-light and four-light windows with relieving arch and arched lights; next bay with squat three-light over doorway; then three bays with similar transomed windows with hoodmoulds to ground floor; ventilated gable over single-light and three-light windows; two-light over three-light; large gable with two-light over canted slate-roofed corbelled oriel over three-light and on right a two-light over doorway. Both doorways have pointed arches with trefoils to blind tympanae under polychrome relieving arches and hoodmoulds enclosing inner order over nook shafts, original doors.
