House; east part early C18, perhaps incorporating older fabric, west part late
C18, outshut dated 1819 with initials EC on stone in north wall. East part
rubble with roughly-tooled dressings, west part squared stone; Welsh slate
roof with 2 stacks rebuilt in yellow brick.

South elevation in 2 sections, each 2 storeys, 3 windows. Older right part
has renewed 12-pane sash and C20 French window, with 4-pane sashes above;
left part has central altered door in chamfered surround and 12-pane sash
windows, the ground floor openings with keyed supra-lintels. Coped gables on
small chamfered kneelers; stepped-and-corniced right end stack, left end and
ridge stacks rebuilt. Rear elevation: older part has blocked 1st floor door
and 3 small windows (one blocked) set directly beneath eaves; later part has
12-pane sash stair window; 1819 outshut overlaps both parts.

Interior: 6-panel doors, folding panelled shutters and dogleg stair with 2
stick balusters per tread, moulded newels and handrail.

Attached farmbuildings to east are not of special interest.
