Built in 1923 by E Blunden Shabbolt, possibly reusing old timbers. L-shaped. Cottage
one storey and attics, timber-framed on red brick base. Tiled roof. External brick
chimney-stack to east. Box framing with diagonal posts. Tie beam and Queen struts
are exposed on the east elevation. Casement windows with leaded lights. The L wing
is of one storey only.
