Detached dwelling. Early C19. Sandstone rubble, Welsh slate roof with brick gable
stacks, parallel range building. Two storeys, 3-windowed, 12-pane sashes with
central 6-panel fielded door (part glazed) under plain transom lights; at ground
floor, plain splayed stone lintels. Single storey extension, right has multi-pane
shop window and plank door. the back range, which is rendered, has a heavy stack,
and looks earlier than the front. Full width of frontage are iron spear-head
railings with end returns to facade, set to small plinth wall, and central gate.
A well-preserved example of local vernacular of this period.
