Farmhouse. Late C18 or early C19. Rendered, concrete tile roof, gable and flanking
stacks. Long building set gable to street and with swept-down roof to back. Three
storeys, 2 wide-spaced windows, 6-pane over 12-pane sashes over French doors with
margin bars and a central pair of similar doors but with a fielded panel to each
leaf; ground floor behind glazed verandah on 8 slender cast iron columns. At back
is two storeys, 3-windowed 12-6-12-paned to upper floor over C20 metal sash, left,
and 6-pane sash, central C20 glazed door to gabled wooden porch. Groups visually
with the Church of St Luke (qv) on the opposite side of road.
