Dwelling. C18. Rough rendered and ashlared, wood parapet cornice, Welsh slate
roof. Forms part of The Paddocks (q.v.). Three storeys, one-windowed: sashes
with glazing bars, but two-light casement at second floor. Six-panel door
with plain transome light, in architrave.
