Pair of cottages. C16 or earlier. Timber framed and plastered with old pargetted panels. Creosoted weatherboarding on exposed east gable and C20 lean-to on rear. Of two storeys with gabled peg tile roof with two stacks behind the ridge line. Front has two dormers with segmental tops and two-light casements with small panes. First floor has pair of similar casements over a further pair and two entrance doors with moulded architraves. Central upper panel has date, 1720, in plaster inscribed in corners of panel. Internally there are jowled posts, tie beams on first floor and a curious storey post with large curved tension braces within party wall.
