Early C19 and earlier. The front elevation is early C19. 2 storeys stone rubble
with brown brick dressings and quoins. Tiled roof 3 sashes with some glazing
bars missing. Modern porch, bay windows and addition at the east end of the
house. The west front facing the passage which leads to the church is probably
earlier, and runs back into an outhouse of which the north-west corner walls
in Oak Walk are Mediaeval.
Adjoining to the south is a mediaeval masonry wall, part of a network of such
walls forming the boundary of gardens and plots of land in the area around the
Parish Church of St Leonard.
