Rectory, now house. Early C18. Alterations and additions 1800 (VCH) and mid C19.
Brick front has imitation ashlar render, rusticated quoins and string course
band. Rendered hood moulds. Moulded wood eaves cornice. Old tile roof; brick end
stacks. Central staircase plan. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range. C19 porch
with 4-panelled door and overlight in moulded wood surround. Decorative
bargeboards and finial. 20-pane sashes, with 12-pane central sash. 3 pedimented
roof dormers have casements with glazing bars. Left return side has external
stack with 2 small windows. Rear irregular. Interior: Drawing room to right has
good early C18 painted bolection moulded panelling. Early C18 oak dog-leg
staircase with turned balusters. Room with open fireplace. Early C18
two-panelled doors with H-hinges. Attic floor has 3 plank doors.
