Three cottages, now one house. Datestone 1649. Regular coursed ironstone rubble.
C20 tile roof. Rendered ridge and end stacks. Single storey plus attic. 4-window
range. 2 entrances. Renewed plank doors with C20 thatched hoods. Ground floor
has two 2-light metal casements and a 3-light metal casement. First floor has
four small casements. Most windows have wrought-iron casement fasteners and wood
lintels. Single-storey kitchen extension to left. Interior: stop-chamfered beams
and joists. Rebuilt or renewed stonework to inglenook fireplaces. Stone flag
floors. Interior stud partition with lath and plaster infill. Earlier ladder
staircase to attic replaced by C20 stair during past 20 years.
