Terrace of 6 houses. 1899. By Edmund Kirby. Brick with tile
roof. 2 storeys, 6 bays, end and central bays break forward
under gables, roof brought down as canopy to ground floor;
recessed ends. Windows have sashed lights with leaded upper
sashes. Ground floor has 4-light windows; 2nd and 5th bays
have 5-light windows. 1st floor has segmental-headed 4-light
windows with some plastered diapering to gables. 2nd and 5th
bays have 3-light flat-topped dormers. Entrances have plank
doors with leaded lights. Those to centre have hipped porch
extended from canopy, end ones have lean-to canopy. 5 cross-
axial stacks and gable-end stacks. Returns have rectangular
bays under hipped roofs. Rear similar with gables.
