Terrace of 4 houses. c.1899. By Huon A. Matear. Brick with pebbledash, tile roof. One storey with attic, 5 bays, the 3rd projects, canted under shaped parapet. Tile canopy over ground floor pebbledash above and to 3rd bay over brick base. Windows have small-paned casements. Ground floor has paired 3-light windows to central bay, with lights to angles; end 5-light bow windows. 1st floor central bay has paired 2-light windows. 1st, 3rd and 4th bays have raking half dormers, 3-light to 1st bay and paired 2-light to others. Entrances with low walls and posts between, have plank doors with 3 lights. Cross-axial and gable-end stacks. Rear similar, raking dormers, privies.
