Early-mid C19, once half of a pair. Three storeys and basement, 2 windows.
Stock brick. Fairly low-pitched hipped slate roof with deep eaves soffit.
Banded rusticated stucco ground floor forming voussoirs to openings. Sash windows,
some with glazing bars, the upper ones in moulded architraves, with frieze and
cornice on first floor. Three steps to 6-panel door, with cornice head and
radial fanlight, in round-arched recess.
