House, now offices. Early C19 with C20 alterations. Pebbledashed brick with stone
dressings and slate roof. 3 storeys and 3 bays. C20 shop front to ground floor of
no special interest. Above, 3 C20 sash windows with glazing bars and on second floor
C20 unequally-hung 9-pane sashes. All sashes in original openings with stone sills
and flat arches with incised voussoirs and dropped fluted keystones. Moulded
gutter. Shallow pitched roof without stacks.
