Farmhouse and cottage in one range. Farmhouse dated 1769 though is of
late C18 or early C19 type. Cottage slightly later. Hammer dressed
stone. Quoins. Stone slate roof. Two storeys. Both dwellings are
similar in character. Each has central doorway in recent stone porch
and 3-light window to left and right, both floors. The farmhouse has
decoratively inscribed door lintel: J.H. 1769. The later cottage has
later single light over door. Gabled wing to rear of cottage.
