Early C19. Stucco. Boldly rusticated quoins, bands and rusticated ground floor. Parapet. Heavy moulded eaves cornice. Three storeys. Three windows, moulded stone rectangular architraves, second floor have pediments and a round-headed arch with keystone over centre. All sashes with glazing bars, ground floor glazing bars missing. Left-hand six-fielded-panel door with rectangular fanlight with glazing bars. Large stuccoed end stack with cornice. Including heavy cast iron area railings.
Nos 2-4 and area railings form a group with the City Rooms and Extension, Hotel Street.
