Probably late C17. Coursed rubble, modern pantiles, 2 plain gables to
front, 3 storey, No 8 has 2 windows (paired) later sashes in stone surrounds
with centre mullions. Later sash in reveals to ground floor, right-hand
panelled door. No 9 is similar but with left-hand glazed door.
St Margarets Hill, and all the listed buildings in St Margarets Place
form a group.
