Cottage. C17. Timber with brick and wattle and daube infill. Extension framed with
weatherboarding. Thatched roof. Single-storey and attic, 2 bays, extended right
beyond gable stack by 1 framed bay, and 2-bay barn attached left, now included
within dwelling. Frame 3 panels high with corner braces. Entrance to rear of left
bay. Two and 3-light timber casements but 1 earlier leaded window to road. Thatch
hipped, with 2 dormers to road and one in gable. Various good C20 extensions to
rear forming courtyard.
