Soames House is a modern Neo-Georgian house, but incorporates, at the rear, the
Orangery of the now demolished Coombe Warren House built by George Devey, architect,
in 1881. The Orangery is single storeyed, of red brick with brick and stone
pilasters, concave sided, slate roof. End to garden has "Serlian" window topped by
small pediment on scrolly consoles. Brick wall extending south containing round
arched doorway between brick and stone piers, topped by broken segmental pediment.
Only the orangery and adjoining wall are listed.
