3 houses. 1899. By Edmund Kirby. Brick with hipped tile
roof. One storey with attic, 3 bays; recessed end bays with
centres breaking forward under gables. Sill courses; canopy
over ground floor extended from roof. Windows of 4 lights,
with upper panes leaded, central 2-light casements with
flanking sashed lights; central 5-light window has plaster
band over. 1st floor window similar, those to end bays
segmental-headed, central hipped dormer with 4-light
casement. Segmental-headed entrances have doors with leaded
lights, the central entrance with sash to left. 2 cross-
axial and return lateral stacks. Rear similar, 3 gables,
sashes, privies.
