Church and Sunday School. 1905 by John Wills and Son. Sandstone 'brick',
ashlar dressed Methodist church in Arts and Crafts Perpendicular, incorporating
Sunday School on east side: South west corner tower with clasping buttresses and
shaped oriels to parapet, short tiled spire. Large nave clerestorey and low
aisles. Slate roofs with overhanging eaves. Free style Perpendicular tracery.
Large west window over projecting porch. Arts and Crafts leadwork to glazing of
lights. The adjoining hall and sunday school have asymmetrical gables and
stepped crenelation to parapets. Square tower to south east corner with tent-
pyramid roof surmounted by lead mast-finial. Large perpendicular window to
Hall. Slate roofs with overhanging eaves.
