Pair of semi-detached cottages. Mid C19. Uncoursed dressed
limestone, ornamental tiled roof, limestone and brick stacks. U-
plan. 2-storey, 4-window front. Flanking wings have entrances; No
74 has planked door, No 75 has 6-panelled door, both with
hoodmoulds, 3-light mullioned window with hoodmould to front of
wing and first floor has 2-light mullioned window with hoodmould.
Central range has two 3-light mullioned windows with hoodmoulds,
first floor has two 2-light mullioned windows with hoodmoulds and
gablets. Left and right returns have 2-light mullioned windows to
first floor, No 75 has C20 lean-to extension to ground floor.
Interior not inspected. Good example of unmodified Wardour estate
cottages.
