C18 front. Red brick, old tile roof. 2 storeys and attics, corbelled
cornice. 2 1st floor flush casements under cambered arches, glazing
bars to right hand window. Ground floor Neo-Georgian segmental bow
window, on right with modified modillion cornice. Pair of doorways
on left with similar continuous cornice hood on 4 cut brackets. 2
gabled casement dormers.
All the listed buildings in Castle Hill (North Side) form a group.
