Circa 1800. A symmetrical 3 storey house, 5 bays wide, of yellow stocks with
stucco dressings and slate roof. The windows have gauged flat arches.
On the ground floor the Doric porch, segmental on plan with columns and pilaster
responds, is flanked by pairs of windows recessed in shallow arcading, the semi-
circular arches springing from stucco impost blocks.
Above the first floor is a moulded bandcourse. The principal frieze and cornice
support a blocking course.
The stacks have oversailing courses.
On the rear elevation the ground floor is stuccoed, framed by a glazed iron
verandah, and the windows have French doors.
