Detached cottage. Circa 1700. Rubble stone, corrugated iron roof,
gable end brick stacks. Two-storey, 3-windowed; casements.
Central C20 door with hoodmould, 3-light recessed chamfered
mullioned casement with hoodmould to left and 2-light to right.
First floor has two 2-light and one 3-light mullioned casement.
Coped verges. Right return has 2-light casement to first floor and
single-light to attic. Left return has single light to ground
floor, 2-light casement and blocked chamfered light with dripstone
to attic. Rear has C20 lean-to extension, two 2-light mullioned
casements to first floor. Interior said to have chamfered beams.
